Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate floral arrangements and accessories are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
